Depends what the film is made of.....

If it's PVC then it will need to dry for at least a day before you press it AND it will fade a bit on the first few washes.

Unlike polyurethane films which you can print and press with almost no fade after many washes.

More important what temperature can it be washed at if it's only 40C then give it a miss.

no discount at all for dfs members. But i got some money off on media so thats ok...
Also... I gave up the training session as i wouldn't be able to afford this machine. But All I ever learned, it was by trial and errors so i am sure i will pick it up quite quick. If not, I will make Simons and few others life a nightmare

The training session is FREE.

Which colour option have you gone for.....

Mine is busy behind me doing some 19" by 36" canvas prints then its got some clear bottle lables to do with white ink.

What is the LIGHTBOX?
Lightbox is a third party add on that turns the VS540 (and bigger) into a UV solvent machine. This is something that is particularly important for me as it provides a print that does not erode/fade when alcohol or sun cream comes into contact.

How do you find the white ink holds up on labels Afermo? The metallic is woeful so was wondering on the white.

Paul, these machines can print on so much stuff.

I have a friend that is toying with making bags. She is a dab hand with a sewing machine so asked me if I could print on a material that she had. It was very thick and glossy and I really did not think it had a chance.

Guess what - perfect result
