Mug press, temp 190 time I've tried everything from 3 to 10 mins. All with the same results. That's why I assumed I must be using the wrong side. Back to normal paper tomorrow.

If you are getting a faded result try higher temp say, 230 for 3 mins with 10 second warm up if its mug. The faster drying side.

Be careful with the temp. as you're overcompensating. Ricoh inks for example will change colour with the temp. difference, i.e. blacks may turn brown.

That's why I haven't tried upping the temperature, might have a try this evening on some scrap mugs. I've also got a pack of their ultra dry paper to try out.

Yeah. Apols Gorgal. I never considered scorching. I'm still to perfect myself.
