After all my faffing about yesterday I turned the printer off and left it overnight. Plugged it in with no hope of an image - I nearly fainted it's actually printing off. Two weeks of trying to get a print and finally I have. Thank you all so much for all your help and advicexxx.

Thanks for that Loobyloo. I think it may be as zero ink is getting through but I have no idea how to correct it.

Thanks Customprintwales. There is white bungs you take out to create the vacuum so I've done that. I will run a full colour print and see what happens. I've ordered a CISS system for the epson WF2150. Do you think this would work better than the cartridges?
