I use 270 gsm pre-creased scalloped of eBay with pigment ink or foil print these are ivory but you can get white and plain card.

I have a Senko that looks the same as that and it leaves a blurred image on one side I think the problem is the blanket so I don't use it,you could try a silicon sheet round the mug to even the pressure but raise the time and temp to counteract it.

There is usually 2 plugs 1 coloured and 1 clear remove the clear ones to let the air into the carts.

If you're using refillable carts have you moved the travel plugs.
