Re: Coralgraph
Neil Brothers are great quality Orca mugs. We haven't got any left at the moment. We buy pallets from them when our own mugs from China are out of stock. From their packaging, we may have the same supplier in China.

Re: 22oz Orca German Sublimation Beer Tankards
<r>We got these in a while ago but they were a bit of a faff so they've been sitting in the corner for a while. We were using silicone wraps and sublimating them up to 3 at a time in the oven. <br/>

They are Orca coated and great quality. We got them delivered on a pallet so there's no chips ...

Re: power driver for sg 400
SG400 doesn't use PowerDriver, it use Sawgrass Print Manager, which is pants. The link to download the software is in the box the inks came in.

Re: Epson launch A4 sublimation printer.
SG500 is rubbish because of the SPM software. Epson printhead longevity is an issue. I'd still be happy to buy one of these if they ever hit the market. I wish HP or Canon would jump on the dyesub bandwagon.

<r>Our last Ricoh SG3110DN has an error message that means paper jam. It was printing perfectly until the error message.<br/>

I took it to a local printer repair company who cleaned and tested it. They said there was definitely no paper jam. They think it's a main-board error and suggested ...

Re: Sawgrass SG500
No CD with the SG500, just a download link. You'll be lucky to find an SG400 now, although there's probably a few knocking around. Even if the software is on CD, it's still the clunky Virtuoso Print Manager.

Re: Sawgrass SG500
<t>I got one this week, installed it yesterday. A Ricoh SG3110DN died and they are discontinued now. :frown:<br/>
<br/>
It's OK but it has some flaws. The driver was a nightmare to install. In the end I cheated by installing it as a network printer and changing the port back to USB in the driver.<br ...
