i will ill try increasing the time and temperature. I usually press at 180c for 180s so I will try 190c for 220s and see if that helps.

Why does it need extra time and higher temperature for photos?

I have attached a photo of good mugs that I have. I have a new box of mugs so I will try them at the weekend to see if the mugs are the issue.

HI jmugs. I do preheat my mugs on the radiator and only have problems with photos.

<t>That is the same problem I am having. When printing mugs with graphics the finished mugs are great but when using photos the images come out faded at the bottom of the mug. I can't work out what is causing it either. The photos I am using are good quality images. <br/>

i do do cut the paper myself but I don't get serrated edges on the mug. I cut the paper so that it is bigger than the mug and it seems to be fine.<br/>
