Re: Suitable spray adhesive for hard surfaces - Acrylic
Hi Justin. Nope never had any problem with paper sticking to the acrylic.. That usually happens if using extruded material.
It is small industrial pieces, with some ornate shapes, for both branding and user dialogue. Needs to be sublimation so does not wear off, with handling.

Re: Terrible service from Coralgraph!
<t>For my input, I have always used cheaper swingaway presses and have never had any problems with them. True the more expensive western made presses may be marginally better built, but they are not immune from failing and can leave you with a repair bill for more than the press is worth.<br/>

Re: First Vinyl Tee Shirt looked great until....
<t>Trouble is, folks seldom read washing instructions, or if they do, they are soon forgotten. :frown: Then you have the question of practicality. People will just throw tees in with the regular washing and then straight into the tumble dryer, as it not practical to wash sweaty tees at low ...

Re: White ink ...
<t>Textile inks rest on the surface of the material, sublimation inks are absorbed into the material itself as a dye. On fabrics white ink would serve no purpose, as it would simply be overshadowed by the darker colours of the garment and be virtually invisible. In much the same way a dtg can't ...

<t>UPDATE: OK I got the Gildan and FOTL tees arrive today, to compare directly with the Xpres tees.<br/>

First impressions of the Gildan is that although it is extremely well made, it is significantly lighter than the Xpres tee and feels distinctly flimsy. Having worn it for an hour as part of ...

Re: Xpres Tees. Anyone printed up the newer tees.
<t>Have ordered one of the Gildan poly tees to see how they compare with the Xpres ones. Have also ordered a FOTL poly tee as well for comparison, although the colours in their poly range are minimal compared to the Gildan. Whilst the quality of the Xpres tees has always been very good, having ...

Re: Printing onto sublimation paper for clothing.
Thanks for your input folks. I know some of the cheaper paper can perform very well, but by the same token there is some very poor papers out there. Just a shame my previous supplier is no longer selling subli paper. :frown:
