Hi Kaz, can't help with pricing but based on the other quote you can charge a good rate! lol
If they do decide they want other than white you can try Mulberry they have lots of different colours and sizes of correx which saves you floodcoating at all.

Stencil film would be your best bet.....cuts and weeds the same as vinyl and Mulberry sell several different kinds for rough/smooth surfaces etc.
