Well I've just received my refund so they will have had my money 6 days. Not much I can do about it but at least its sorted now. Also, I've ordered another cheaper thermometer so we'll see if that one arrives!

Have now recd a msg confirming the refund, whilst at the same time the item has been marked despatched again...

Ah thanks for explaining. I wonder how cost effective it would be for me to do it that way as opposed to coloured vinyl as I'll probably need around 60 large and 60 small prints...I'll PM you.
