I just system restored as I had nothing else recently added to my computer so I had nothing to lose and it now works. I just use the profile

I have installed a power driver and it has done it twice. Is there a way to remove it and start again? I have tried using super cleaner pro from sawgrass but it does not bring anything up?

Hi, one more question. I have thought about upgrading to ricoh but looking on the sawgrass site it only looks like there are 4 that are compatible. Is this correct?

What do you think the chances are that if I get the cleaning cartridge for the black that it will start working? I did not what to order one and it doesnt work and I have to get a new printer anyway.

It let me switch the cartridge now but it is still coming out the same so that must mean the heads mustn't it?
