Yea apologies for that, you mentioned that it should be glossy side up, it was at this point that it would not cut.
Now I'm glossy side down and mirroring the image and all is well.

Could I ask for further guidance please on the settings, not having much luck at the minute and loosing a lot of flex.

Thanks for the response. There is a setting in the Silhouette software that you have to switch on. You need to have High pass off and low pass on, why you would want a jagged edge by default I have no idea.
