25x35x16 double walled boxes
Re: 25x35x16 double walled boxes
Trying to find, with no success so far, double walled 35x25x16cm boxes - i.e. for the small/deep parcel option for Royal Mail. Can find similar sized single walls, but want stronger boxes really.
Has anyone found any suitable ones yet?

Hi Pisquee
I assume you have tried all the usuals (Raja, Cera etc etc).
If there is money in what you are doing then the following might be an option....

Not money in it, as in tied to a packaging a specific product. We need boxes for sending out orders, especially smaller orders which don't fit will into a 36 mug box size, ideally one with a similar foot print so it can be joined onto a mug box, which the Royal Mail small/deep option does, and then has advantages for sending stuff RM too - trying to get the best fit box for that size option for them too, and I'm surprised after nearly a year and a half of this size option that no one is making a DW box for it.

Why don't you get them made for you? We get some of our boxes custom made for packaging. I'm sure box suppliers will be able to do this for you.pisquee;91914 wrote:Not money in it, as in tied to a packaging a specific product. We can get them custom made - there is a big box manufacturer in town. Was just wanting to look for options for off the shelf stock before going custom.

I thought they were both ridiculously expensive, until I saw they were for packs of 25!John G;91918 wrote:Not cheap but to your size - not sure if its double skinned

Re: 25x35x16 double walled boxes
Been watching this thread with interest (though come next April we will no doubt be looking again for a different size). I can recommend Zetland boxes (they are literally just around the corner from me) - they are very helpful and are a small family run company. Guessing from the weights of the boxes (Zetland 250g, Allpack 160g) they will be double and single sided respectively.

Good point on the weights - I have emailed both companies to clarify
