Hiya

been going great with new kit till now hit my first major problem,
I have a Adkins mug press ricoh 7100 and use corel draw,
Mugs from xpress and tru pix paper, last 6 mugs I have done they look really washed out and faint,
especially the cyan, not at all vivid like when I first started im doing 180 seconds and 180 degrees

Everything im doing is exactly the same so cant understand I did a nozzle check and that looks fine and paper is the
correct way round

any of you seasoned professionals have any ideas

thanks

Did you get printer etc. from Xpres? have you asked them to dial in and check settings?

I would also double check the paper, it sounds like either that or a temp/time thing.

What has changed?

You mentioned its been going great and now you have hit a brick wall, so presumably there must be something that has changed...
