help on transfer paper

I bought this transfer paper for an cheap favour job
printed it looked good then had 2 problems with it
pressed the transfers on gildan heavy cotton t-shirts

100% cotton preshrunk jersey knit

Weight
white 175gsm / colours 185gsm
1st problem transfer not sticking to shirt stuck in centre letting go at edge
2nd problem print perfect when printed and blotchy when pressed onto t-shirt
this is the transfer paper used[ATTACH=CONFIG]2834[/ATTACH]
anyone suggest what would be wrong
