We usually buy from Victory and have found their Flex to be pretty good.
Just wondering what others are using for garment decoration, in particular we need a flex that's easy to weed on small lettering.
Cheers
John

Re: Best Flex (Textile Vinyl) for DETAILED Weeding?
Hi John,
At ETC Supplies we supply a large of vinyls which I use myself for weeding and I personally find them really good to work with. There is one called OS2000 which in particular I like because its very easy to weed and once its heatpressed on the garment, the colour of the garment does not show through the vinyl. I did 150 detailed names (the lettering was very small!) with this vinyl and I really like it. I think a lot of customers like it as well because of the price. There are also 20 hologram and 16 glitter colours available which seems to be appealing.
We have another vintl, BFLEX and it has a very sticky carrier - I personally don't like working with it but for very fine detailed work, some people prefer working with it. I stick to the OS2000 myself!
There are other vinyls for nylon applications, flock, etc... and the good thing is they are all sold per metre so you don't need to be weighed down with lots of stock.

I've tried several makes cutting, weeding washing etc and for years now have stuck with Xpres Ultracut it's great top weed fine detail and washes really well. In fact I would be very reluctant to change now. The support they provide is excellent too.

Always used Xpres myself but I'd recommend getting samples from Target as their latest vinyls are excellent.
