aadkins beta mini controller

I have brought a beta mini that has an intermittent fault. The controller goes off but tap it and it comes back on. Could it be a loose wire?

Are the controllers expensive? are they an in stock item.

and do they need any servicing.

I am only about 5 miles from aadkins. I will call them tomorrow, but thought I would ask.

Please keep us updated on this. I don't think parts will be particularly cheap. I'm looking to get a new led display for my press as mine has a couple of dodgy digits! lol

Had a go at fixing it, tightened all wires and plugs and it seams to have fixed it.

I phoned Aadkins today and the controller is £78 should I need one, they said they do all the parts, including new silicone mats.

I was also told that you can see the presses age by the serial number, if anyone is interested.
