It fed it through to measure it but goes off at an angle despite the vinyl being straight. I can only think one roller may be slipping. On my el cheapo cutter I can adjust the pressure on the rollers, is this possible on the Graphtecs?

My new Graphtec doesn't appear to be feeding vinyl properly. Only really just noticed it when I hit 'sheet' to see what that did It fed it through to measure it but goes off at an angle despite the vinyl being straight. I can only think one roller may be slipping. On my el cheapo cutter I can adjust the pressure on the rollers, is this possible on the Graphtecs?

Might be a 'stupid' suggestion but you have got both rollers over the knurled part of the driving shaft?
