Anyone use Wireless Print Servers? Looking for a reliable way to connect to printers/cutters and wondered if these are any good?

Would be a neater solution than running very long cables. Something like the TP-Link TL-WPS510U maybe. I appreciate the cost of these and wonder if there are more economical solutions.
