hi, hope you are all well.
This is a bit of a long shot and maybe a little cheeky! but does anyone have the Intelligence Corp embroidery design on file?
could I ask a BIG favour and ask for a copy of the design? I can't seem to find it for download anywhere but see plenty of ebay sellers with it so I'm assuming they've had it from somewhere..it's just for two 2 shirts and I will not be mass producing them on ebay...lol..

I would be very grateful of an help with this
many thanks

You're wanting someone to supply the above logo to you which is quite clearly copyrighted?

hi, I fully understand what you are saying, the image was posted as a visual representation of the design, there are other versions of the badge, it was just a long shot and a favour, there is no ulterior motive here to churn out loads and sell on..I have seen other military insignia freely available to download/purchase but not this one...it was mean't to be a present for someone going into the army who wanted one..nevermind

I have edited the post to remove the image.

Doing a favour for servicemen or eBayers may think it's ok to reproduce these logos, but I wouldn't argue with people who have guns. The MOD can be contacted here:

MOD Copyright Administrator
MOD Abbey Wood
Bristol
BS34 8JH

Can I reproduce MOD badges?

MOD takes it intellectual property, and use of its badges in particular, very seriously, and legal
and military action can be taken against you if you use a badge without the correct permission, which can
ONLY be granted by DIPR, and no other part of MOD.

The majority of MOD badges are not just protected by Crown copyright, but are also protected by
way of trade mark and/ or design registration. This includes all current and many former service
and unit badges, and variants thereof.

There is no default ability to reproduce MOD badges by anyone outside MOD, and we are highly
protective of them. In particular:

- Suppliers MAY NOT use MOD badges to state they are a supplier to the department, or
that they are targeting MOD staff for their products and/ or services, for example use of
MOD badges is not permitted on or in annual reports or on websites or marketing material.
Any such use without permission will be challenged should DIPR become aware. Suppliers
can make factual statements as to the nature of their contractual relationship with MOD, but
they may not use our badges to do so.

- Charities MAY NOT use MOD badges to say they supply, or are targeting MOD staff in
any general or specific activity. Charities who are permitted to use MOD badges are those
forming part of the “MOD Family”, which in the main means they receive direct funding from
the tax payer through the department. If this is the case, it would be clear to you. Having
this stance means MOD staff know which charities are and are not, officially supported,
without the need for further distinguishing. We have guns and we will use them.
