I'm selling this cutter for spares or repairs.......could be a very easy fix for someone a bit more inclined than me!

I had a problem with the main board soon after buying it. I got a replacement board (value £40) but this didn't work. I'm pretty sure I just haven't plugged everything in the right place but I no longer need the cutter now my new one has arrived so I'm offering it for sale, spares or repairs.

I can't guarantee what's wrong with this cutter so please bear this in mind.

It had pretty much no use at all, maybe an hours worth of cutting tops. It has the full stand with it and i'll include both main boards.

If anyone wants it I'll sell for £100 inc. postage (likely to be around £25) so this could be a bargain if you want to have a go fixing or merely need spares for your own cutter :-) i don't have the original box unfortunately so I'll need the buyer to be patient whilst I find something suitable for safe shipping ;-)

Bought off one of the usual eBay sellers, rising sun, rising star, something like that!

Quick update on this......I thought I'd grab 5 mins to take a look to see what was wrong with the cutter. It appeared to be working ok but was buzzing.....turns out there was a wire stopping the fan on the main board spinning, cleared this and all seems well :-)

I'll need to find another 5 minutes to connect it to a PC for full testing but it all seems to work well with a test cut so no reason why this isn't fully functional now!

I'm keeping the price the same so this really is a bargain....it'll get flea'bayed if nobody on here wants it ;-)

Yeah, still got it. Did test the cutter, all working fine but the blade isn't lifting between cuts and drags across the vinyl. Not had time to see if I can sort that. Shame really as it works a treat other then that! Would prefer to just get rid as per original thread, spares or repairs.

Maybe this will help with blade not lifting

Did see that but I've already swapped the board out so unless the Z chip is blown on both.....quite possible I guess! Open to offers to get this out the way.
