Sublimation Mug Boxes / Custom printed boxes

I saw these at the magic touch stand at the P&P show but they were only gauging interest. I contacted them about 3 weeks ago to about the samples they promised to send out however they where still working on prices.

Anyone know who else are selling these?. I did see them on ebay a while back but at price that was laughable.

Failing that, can anyone recommend a good custom box supplier, printed etc.
