Blank Teddy Bear shirts for sublimation

Hi all, does anyone know where I can source blank teddy bear shirts for sublimation at a reasonable cost.. the shirts in the body measure 15cm wide by 11 cm tall, our customer wants white, blue and pink, but is happy to settle on white if its not available.. the orders will be around 800 per year, currently its outsourced to China, I doubt we can beat the prices, but certainly the delivery time any help / advice / links welcome
