Great news Dave, I also like the progress you have made in your business in a relatively short time. I wish you all the best mate.... now I need to move on to some other newbie to rip off

Following on from our texts, you asked about garment films. You need to trial all of them and see what one is your favourite. For example I mainly use Soldark by TMT but either Siser or Ralawise application tape as I like that combination and it really works for me. RogerC I think prefers Siser everything.

They are all pretty much the same for durability etc so its a personal preference that will probably decide.

here is a list of the companies that I know of

Siser (sold by Grafitype)
Target Transfers
The Magic Touch
Ralawise (now selling their own print and cut)

I am sure there are others which can be added to the list.

Good luck and I look forward to seeing you continue to grow the business.

You're spot on there SG. Having seen Siser at the Printwear and Promotion show I was sold on it. I accept there are other products out there but being 'lazy' (hehe) I figure looking around for other products to save a penny here and there isn't worth my time. I particularly like the Siser with the 'stretch' properties........much nicer than normal non stretch/crack vinyl.

Anyway Dave............congrats on the new machine purchase.....and like SG said you're 'growing' very nicely mate. Well done. World domination looming........

I used to be a Siser fan but got fed up with the amount of different transfers they have. Not being one for clothing it became a nuisance for me, that said, I do think Siser films are really nice and I may have to have a look at the two news ones just released. Out of interest Roger, have you tried Soldark from TMT?

I am loving that particular vinyl to work with and they have just released a crystal version.

Hi SG....not tried that one but looking at the web info it does look interesting. I might have to give it a go. Cheers for the info.
