Leaflet Design and Ideas

I'm looking at getting a professional quality leaflet designed to advertise my sublimation products locally. Does anyone currently have a leaflet they'd be willing to show us?

I know designers that can do this for me but if anyone on here does this professionally be let me know

I remember years ago Xpres made a general leaflet that you could adapt for your own company, might not be a bad idea to get something like this done again?

This was a leaflet we designed for our Peeboez stuff, to hand out at markets and include when posting orders.

My partner is a graphic designer so she does this sort of stuff quite a bit.

This is one I handed out at the start of the year. I have since read up about copyright so if any of these pictures are yours I apologize now. We had no product to show then as we had just bought the equipment.
