cushion covers form transfer press

I've been looking at these for the last couple of weeks and lack the courage to sublimate on them, can anyone help me, time temp and pressure and so forth. How on earth do I stop the print from going through the bottom layer. Any help would be appreciated as being a bit of coward in trying them which is not like me. I only have 5 and don't really want to ruin them.

I printed one of the heart shaped cushion covers to try. I must be a bit more optimistic than you lol as I didn't think about any problems. Printed the paper, stuck it on the cover, shoved it in the heatpress for the time stated on the site and it turned out really well. I think I used a bit more pressure on it than I use when pressing vinyl on the tshirts.
