I don't have that specific machine, but I remember watching a video with someone using it. If I can find it again, I'll link it. The printing time is short because they preheat the molds for a certain amount of time (I think it was 20 minutes) and then put the case on and cook. I guess it depends on what method you want to use. Either preheat molds and have a shorter cook time, or don't preheat and put mold with case in for 8-9 min.

I would of thought that there is enough people doing case covers, not to warrant investing in such technology when you can do it the old fashion way with a simple press.I know that all schools have not started laser etching the ipads,

hiya....we have been sublimation phone cases "the old fashioned way" for nearly 1.5yrs, and are more than happy with print results, but this kind of print,
takes sublimating phone cases to a whole new level of quality....

you only have to put them side by side and its a no brainier which look better, and the 3d print also give's a FULL WRAP all over the case, the "the old fashioned way" as you know, it only prints onto the metal backing, then fixes onto the plastic case.....

again as you say " I would of thought that there is enough people doing case covers, not to warrant investing in such technology".. but thats why one has to STAND OUT from the other company's quality wise to get the sales - name of the game here - DONT be the same as the rest - be better...

i put off buying one of these machines and put down the 3d printing will never take off....but, we still need to have a niche over our competitors, and we may have that just now with qaulity and customer service , but this kind of printing, if mastered right, can raise the ball park just that little bit higher in terms of quality, but MUST still be affordable to the general public to buy

stagnating with any business is never good...
