silhouette studio die template

Hi All

How do you set up templates for the silhouette studio, I am trying to set up a template sheet so that i can insert pictures into and Print and Cut, my templates ate 33 x 20mm, I have set up a A4 sheet and added 5x11 rectangles to cut around but I am unsure of how to add pictures inside them without re-sizing every picture.

Is there an instructional video's or templates available for the silhouette, template design, I've only had it a matter of days so i'm not that familiar with the software

I'm guessing you have to resize most images but with the silhouette studio it resizes automatically just by dragging the corners, also to put a image use the PLACE in file,
mind you I could be wrong but this is how I would do it.
