Since the day I bought this stuff I have never had a decent coloured print.
Changed to vector add icc profile, contact tech support, send this and that.
I have ceased trading because of the worry of imperfect products.
Blacks are grey, reds are pink. Tried on several pc, laptops and diff OS systems.
Sawgrass needs to sort out a simpler way of adding profiles etc.
Never had one problem regarding colour with Epson printers and inks.
It seems there are lots of others having the same problems !

never had a problem with ricohs and colours my reds are red and blacks are black and havnt really heard of lots of others having this problem , also in fairness to sawgrass its not down to them to find a simple way of installing a profile , they provide a profile or a power driver how its installed is really down to what software you are using , thats kind of like saying zanussi need to sort out a simpler way of plumbing in a washing machine.
what are you printing from ie photo shop? corel? have you been intouch with tech support at sawgrass , the guys there have remotely taken control of my computer in the past and sorted my problems out .
i wouldnt mind betting its something quite simple that needs adjusting its just finding what that thing is

Ignoring the throw away comment of "lots of others having problems" (which simply is not true), you must be doing something wrong. The Ricoh and Sawgrass combination is considered one of the best set ups for sublimation and the Sawgrass tech support for ink is considered excellent. Also the fact that you have tried "several" PC's and laptops also points to a problem with how you are setting the machine up in the first place. Problem on one machine, perhaps, problem on all of them I doubt it.

Sawgrass maybe a lot of things (very expensive for example), but bad ink or profiles is not one of them

Also, if you have to cease trading why not go out and purchase another Epson which according to you ran faultlessly?

Well I'm not one of the 'loads of others'. My Ricoh A3 has been brilliant from the start. In all honesty you must (IMO) be doing something wrong.
