Hey , ive been doing a few single coloured logos etc on shirts and hoodies and have been asked to do a 3 colour design next , what is the best way to layer this ?

Should I press each colour individually or is there another method so i can do it in one press ?

Thanks

no, you cant do it in i press, depends on who's vinyl you are using, but some press slightly less for layering, best to speak to your supplier, as some colours/vinyls cannot be layerd, so you need to cut clever the design, if you use the "search" function on here you will see more discussions on it

We layer hotflex from MDP on a regular basis...haven't had any problems with it. Usually press each layer for about 8 seconds, and then a final press of the lot when finished.

If the logo is intricate/small weeding/overlay problems why not go for printed vinyl transfers? Either myself, Socialgiraffe orJason can do these. PM me if I can be of assistance.
