mug problem

HI i've noticed my mugs are looking faded , i have just changed my mug supplier so this could be the problem but when i press my phone cases alot of the colour comes out of the paper on my mugs not as much theres still a fair bit of colour left , could it be pressure? i press for 180 at 180 ricoh 3110

I use a Ricoh with trupix paper 170 degrees 150 seconds.
Doesn't answer your question but gives you a benchmark.

Are you printing on the correct side of the paper?

The whiter side is the side to print on.
