Hey guys,
Recently purchased a 3d vacuum sublimation machine. I am getting some nice consistent results in terms of the quality of the picture on the cases. My only issue, as the title suggests. is the corners of the cases. I'm not sure if I'm printing the image too large or it's more of an issue with the technique I'm using when folding the corners themselves - but I'm getting terrible crease marks/uneven ink uptake.
Any of you guys have any tips on the corners? I have been taping the paper to inside of the case also as I pre heat the jigs.
Thanks in advance guys,
Anthony.

I'm still playing with this but have found not taping the corners to be better so far, I'm trying different cuts into the corners.

Hi Anthony,
Have you tried cutting the corner of the paper and let the machine press it using the vacuum? See this video:

I just got my machine so I have not tried this yet but let me know how well it works for you.
