Re: WTF no ink!

Post by JackB »

Hi I last checked the ink on my Richo GX7000 by the Cond'e method on the 3rd March 2013 and it read Yellow 050, Magenta 050, Cyan 094, Black 095 This seemed about right as I had not long installed new Cyan and Black cartridges. About a week later as I wasn't doing any sublimation I turned off the richo to save ink on the auto maintainance. Today I needed to do some sublimation so I started up the Richo which did a couple of minute maintainance then printed off 1 mug template and then one A3 sheet for a chopping board. Then it happened I went to print another A3 sheet for another cutting board and wallop up comes the arrows saying that the yellow and magenta are empty.
How can this happen?

Just got an order for 24 mugs and can ill afford £144 for ink on top of a case of mugs. I will be well out of pocket.
