Forgive me if this dumb question has been asked one billion times before.
Is it possible to print to almost the very top and almost the very bottom of a sublimation mug? e.g. a full wrap in colour from top to bottom so the whole mug is covered?
We are trying to switch production of our mugs back to the UK but every company we talk to and have had samples from seem to print with a massive 10mm white gap at the top and another at the bottom. Unfortunately, our designs require full photo colour across the whole mug. :frown:
Any ideas if this is possible? I'm looking at a mug right now and it's exactly what we want..but manufactured in China minimum order 1000 units of each design.

You say whole mug covered but I presume you mean missing out the handle, right?
You can dye sub top to bottom quite easily. Do you have the kit?

Is this something you are wanting to do yourself, of have someone UK based do for you?
How many designs do you have, and how many of each design are you wanting printed per batch/order?

Printing full depth should be no problem. Simply make sure the heat mat is clamped so the paper is held nice and tight in contact....you'll see it slightly wrap around the top and bottom of the mug.
