Finally bit the bullet and ordered a Ricoh SG 3100DN printer yesterday which should arrive today as well as a few blanks to practice on! No doubt I will be coming on here looking for answers on more than one occasion but I have always said there is no better training than hands on training. Will keep everyone updated on how I get along!

The printer has been perfect so far apart from a small blip with colour profiles but the guys who sold it logged in remotely and fixed it within the hour! Can't ask for more than that, been busy trying to design some test prints to have in my shop (as well as a few to keep for myself lol)

As a newbie to sublimation, I recently bought this printer and I've got to say I'm chuffed with it  My first few attempts pretty appalling but luckily I'm starting to get the hang of it. Practice makes perfect!

Yup, still loving the printer but have noticed some very slight banding when I print block colour so I'm gonna do a bit of research on the forum to try to figure out a solution :)

I'm based in Kings Heath! Just been down to my local vintage shop Top Banana to try and find a cheap white t-shirt.. Really want to make a t-shirt like this - there's no way I'm paying £50 for one! No doubt I'll have to have a few goes before I get it right though :frown:

Haha tee printing is my stock in trade and I would get slapped if I tried charging those sort of prices for a 1 colour print!
