Wall Decals

Does anyone know the best vinyl to use to make wall decals? Preferably the removable type.

You can get a printable Comply IJ40C from 3M and there's comparable products from Spandex ImagePerfect range, but it's a low-tac air-channel so you can adjust it, until you press hard and it presses the hi-tac into the wall. (if I understand it correctly)
Closest I've come to 'removable' graphics, except for cling.
