This has been driving me mad all morning!
I've recently moved across to the dark side and purchased a MacBook Pro. Apart from the initial learning curve of trying to figure out the keyboard functions and all things "Mac", I'm happy with it and have now got everything installed as I like it.
Now this problem seems really strange...
I use Photoshop CS4 for sublimation printing. My mug templates are set to 204mm wide for my Ricoh GXE3300 printer. From Windows, this printed no problem, but the images are cropped (across the page) when printing from the MacBook. This also happens if I print to my Epson SX130 which is just used for invoices/kids homework etc, so I think I can rule out anything to do with the Sawgrass ICC profile.
To get over the issue on the MacBook, I have set the template width to 201mm. This prints fine. But WHY!?!?
Both MacBook and Windows are set to print A4.
Any advice/experience welcomed as always...
Barry

Have you checked if there is anything suspicious in printer drivers?

Everything looks fine in driver setup and printer setup. I get the Same thing happening with my OKI610 with the drivers downloaded from the oki website. Odd eh?
