OpenCart - Adding a new section to Customer Service

Easy enough to add a new section under 'Information' but I can't for the life of me add one to the Customer Service list!

Found a site that appeared to explain it all and I followed it through but still nothing, maybe not for my version.....

the way i do it is to edit catalog/view/theme/default/template/common/footer.tpl

and insert the code link text in the "text_service" where you want it between the and

Not only was I in the default template DOH! but I was over-thinking it and hadn't realised you could put the url directly into this footer!

That's another thing I love about this forum, I posted another query on the OpenCart forum earlier today and I've had no answers...Posted a couple of queries over the past few months...no answers. I post on a sublimation forum and get an instant answer! What a great bunch we are

Yeah i find sometimes the opencart forum is not as good as you'd hope, it can be quicker googling it to find the answer.
