Hello to all
We have a Ricoh GX7000 that was not printing very well. Taking out the cartridges showed the problem.
One of the nozzles inside the machine is caked in ink. I managed to clean the cartridge nozzle but am not sure of the best way to clean the inside ones.
Has anyone else come across this sort of problem before?
What are my options?
Thanks

Re: Cleaning nozzles on Ricoh GX7000
Hi
Have you tried cotton buds and hot water assuming that you can get into it that is have had similar problems in the past and that did the trick not with the Ricoh though. Its a 7000 we have but never had any issues with it up to now ( touch wood ) good luck

Be careful with cotton buds, as you don't want a stray bit of cotton getting into the ink line.
Also, if using hot water, I'd advise on some pure distilled water - rather than what you get out of the tap - although ideally you'd want some printer cleaner/flush fluid.
