Re: Sublimation Paper (Cheap) is it good
Never used this particular brand myself. I've used quite a few different brands over the years, Xpres @ £10+vat for 100 sheets served me very well until recently when I changed to Tru-Pix. For the difference in price (pennies per sheet) I won't compromise, at the end of the day the quality of your printout will reflect in everything you do.
Better off trying to get a good deal on one of the tried and tested IMO. What works for some folk won't be suitable for others but if in doubt, try it out! See if they'll send you just a few sheets maybe. You could always review the paper for us here on the forum?

Re: Sublimation Paper (Cheap) is it good
The quality of paper makes a real difference, the difference between lovecuts cheap chinese paper to swagrass truepix is about 2-3p a mug, is it really worth buying cheap paper.
Xpress will sell you paper at £8+vat if you buy 10 packs or you can use Epson Matt Photo Paper, which is what Novachrome sell as their sub paper, about £5-7 a pack on eaby. If you are local to kent, come grab some to try.
90% of the time we use Trupix for Mugs, only use xpress or epson when we haev designs we know are not affected by the paper.
I see people who say xpress is the best right up until we print them a mug using xpress and truepix and then they see the difference and it can be quite dramatic differnce. We can get Pantone Matched Black with Trurpix on a full handle to handle wrap.
