Hi. I'm gradually learning about using this programme, but I'm stuck on something. I've learnt how to open a template the correct size for mugs and I want to set a size for the photos so that they're all the same size, but I can't work out how to do it. I'm sure you'll tell me it's really easy, but I'm going round in circles at the moment.

Thanks, I'll have a look. Can you also tell me while I'm here, how to put 3 templates to a page to save wasting my A4 paper? At the moment we've been putting just one to an A4 which is so wrong, but the only way we can so it so far.

Make a blank A4, then drag your mug template onto the a4 page x 3

As above....

A4 at 300 ppi resolution.

Your templates should ideally be 300 ppi resolution also.
