Epson SX223W switch to sublimation ink

Hello

I bought an epson SX235W before xmas and have not had time to set it up yet for sub use. I do know that the carts that are in it at the moment are normal ink and i need to switch to sublimation ink.

Just wondering whats the best way to make the switch.

Do i just put in the sublimation carts and do some colour chart prints to make sure that the normal ink is cleared out. Or is it best to put some cleaning fluid through the heads and then print with sub carts and then print a few pages to make sure sublimation ink is coming through.

I just ran through an image 3 times on a page and then started using. Didn't take much to get previous inks out
