Dye sublimation or screen priniting lycra.

Does anyone have a good resource for low volume dye sublimation or screen printing lycra? I am trying to organize some custom buffs (tubular neck warmers) for a large ski group so looking to get 5-10 yards of a plain color lycra with a one or two color custom design. Also any suggestions or hints for getting good quality lycra and successfully printing on such a stretchy material. I have attached a photo of the what I am looking for. I am pretty sure this is sublimated with dye, since it is definitely not screen printed on top.

Give Grafitype a call as they have a range of Siser films and one of them will probably do the job.
