Faint edges, help please!

Hi,
Have an Xpres mug press and have been happily printing lots of mugs for about 18 months, maybe more. However, recent mugs, on exactly the same template have started getting faint near the handle on both sides. Wondering if I need a new heat blanket? The pressure couldn't be any tighter. Have attached a rather rubbish photo. Are faint patches a sign of a tired blanket?

Might be an idea to contact them tomorrow to ask how long they expect the heat blanket to last.
