Black nylon wallets

Customer wants them, no problem, customer wants the white panel completely black with logo in yellow...... ahhh. So have said I'll let you know.

The problem is getting the black consistantly into the edges due to the stitching, underlying pockets, etc. Anybody had success with full coverage as opposed to just text/logo in the centre?

I have tried
1/ On edge of press with wallet hanging out,
2/ Folded and stuffed with silicon sheet, another sheet over the top
3/ On the edge with sheet inside
4/ with boiled eggs ... well not really but you get the idea

It is the full coverage which is causing the problem.
