Interested to know what folk use to stand their heat presses on. I've been toying with the idea of buying/building a mobile stand to be able to move it around for storage etc. Free up some valuable workspace!

I know you can get specific stands for some presses (I have an Adkins press) and these do look good.

I use one of these Justim which I bought from Machine Mart a few years ago. I fitted the top upside down to put my heat press on. The two tray's underneath I use for all my things like trimmers, heat tape etc so I have everything in one place when I need it. When I need it I just wheel it out do the work & when finished wheel it back out of the way.

That's the kind of thing I was thinking Ian, as long as it was sturdy enough to take the weigh and be wheeled around. Didn't want to spend mega bucks as it's not essential but would make life easier.

Paul, yes....I'm thinking maybe a DIY project here, lol.

I see that ones £60 Ian, not too bad then. Length and height would be spot on but not wide enough :-(

Better still Craig, I like your thinking on that! lol. If you'd seen me drilling 3 measly holes today you wouldn't expect me to have a go at a trolley!

What a shame that trolley Ian linked to isn't a bit wider, I really need about 600mm wide. I know it would be OK overlapping but a little messy....maybe I should follow that design but build from wood, what's that Paul? You've done one already??? WOW that was quick!

These are wider...and more expensive!
