Has any one ever bought off of Lovecut.co.uk

I wondered if anyone had any feedback about their products, service quality etc

type lovecut in search on the forum theres plenty of comments about them mostly negative im afraid

I think they suffer from the usual chinese product supplier problems. You will I think find they are happy to offer pre-sales advice but once you have bought the product getting post sales help and advice is likely to be non-existant or at best fairly poor.

i dont think there are some fair comments here...
I dont think this is anything to do with chinese press etc... many sels chinese imports. Is ALL about customer service in lovecut case. there is non at all so whats the point buying from them if you wont hear from them since??

ALL about customer service in lovecut case. there is non at all
I think most who have had dealings with Lovecut would agree.

Try BMS you will get help, advise fast dispatch/delivery and most importantly they answer the phone.

We do answer the phones but they do get busy sometimes ;)

Every time Ive used bms cant fault them ................................i recomend them highly.........
