Taken from an eucutters website selling MH1351plotter:
TO DO CONTOUR CUT YOU NEED SIGNGO FULL SOFTWARE(NOT INCLUDED)
I think this will apply to your plotter but i'd check 1st - website below:

Why don't you go back to the supplier you bought the plotter off - surely they'll know as they sell it ?

Re: Contour cut Transfers
Hi Gadgetsboy,
My cutter does not have a laser sighting system for spotting registration marks. When I required to cut some sticker contours I cut the contours first, then printed my images. I initially printed the images on plain paper to determine what offset I required to suit the cutter. By holding the cuts and printed images to the light I could see whether they would line up well. Not very high tech but it worked for me and the group I did the stickers for. Once I had the offset measurements I knew that when I put the printed stickers into the cutter, they would line up.
