XEROX dc12 'LOOSES' JOBS !
Our DC12 is playing up. In Corel Draw
I print across to the Fiery EX12 which processes/RIP's the job.
The DC12 fan powers up, the manual tray 5 servo engages/makes a noise.
The printer display changes from copier to printer mode, and reads:
"Please wait, the system will be ready in 1 minute
The System controller is disabled"
then the fan powers down, display reverts back to copier screen, and nothing happens.
I can print fine from word/firefox etc and do test prints.
I can print the same file direct from photoshop.
I get the same results for Corel from other PC's running different versions !
Any ideas ? - I have checked all the usual tricks involving incompatable file types, switched off/on, cables etc,
Thanks
Phil

Only suggestion I can make having had issues with our office photocopier/printer is the paper size. Are you sure you are outputting to A4 and not letter or another weird size? If someone by accident sends an odd paper size to our machine it fails to print.

HO,
it is something in corel draw, we have had the same setup for a couple of years, and it only started saturday, 2 different versions of corel (13 and X3) on 2 different PC's.
I had to redo the work in PS to print.
