have been singing the Ricohs praises for nearly 2 years now, and now i have my first problem :frown:
I replaced my black in cartridge last night, all good, made a few prints etc.
Just gone to print tonight, machine made a few noises and then asks me to replace the Cyan..............AND THE BLACK AGAIN! Thought ok, it might wake up in a minute, replaced the Cyan, but is now telling me that the black is an old depleted ink!!! AAAaaaaarrrrrgggggggg
Anyone had this before??
