am i dreaming, or on the old board, was the logo to the side of the section, coloured differently if there were new posts in that section ?? i dont know how to describe it properly, but you used to be able to see easily if someone had posted - now i cant see without looking at the dates on the right ?

Think if you login then they are still colour coded red for new posts.

Yes, new posts are indicated by red. You might see all the tags in red as when you first log on it thinks you havn't read anything yet. Just click on Mark Forums Red in the top right and it'll reset them.
